I’ve spent three decades working at the intersection of emotional healing and transformational practice and I have been guiding people through deep inner work for over twenty years.
I create conditions where depth can unfold safely and precisely.
When held well, depth work does not overwhelm or destabilize. It reveals, reorganizes, and strengthens.
I work primarily with high-agency leaders who carry meaningful responsibility, have done inner work, and are ready for deeper integration.
I work with capable, self-aware people who are tired of understanding their patterns but not living differently.
Most have done meaningful work already. They’ve gathered tools and insights from therapy, coaching, workshops, or personal study. Yet they don’t feel transformed or integrated. They can name their history. They can describe their triggers.
Yet something in the body hasn't changed, which keeps them stuck.
This work is not theoretical. It was forged through my own seasons of shame, rupture, and rebuilding, long before I ever guided anyone else.
These shifts don't happen through analysis. They happen in the body, in real time.
The younger or hidden parts that have been quietly driving behavior finally get seen, heard, and reorganized. Not dramatized. Not bypassed. Integrated.
I can stay steady in the darkest material without escalating it or softening it prematurely. I don’t treat shame as pathology. I treat it as information that hasn’t been safely metabolized.
From that steadiness, real change becomes possible. Boundaries become clearer. Decisions become cleaner. People stop abandoning themselves to maintain connection. Energy returns. Reactivity decreases. Movement forward no longer feels like internal warfare.
