This is a guided survey into your BreakThrough Goals the will guide our work during your BreakThrough sessions. Inquiry into these questions can act as a catalyst to help cultivate a BreakThrough Moment.

In this survey, you will describe your current situation, explore possible directions for inner and outer work, and focus our efforts for your next few BreakThrough sessions.

We'll use what you write here about your BreakThrough goals to compare later to your results. Most people take an hour or two to complete these 20 questions.  Click the button below to start.

Coaching can be extremely helpful even with a past diagnosis, but to achieve maximum benefit, it’s best to adapt some strategies. Please disclose any diagnoses so that you can receive the best support possible.

What serious traumas have you experienced in your life (physical / emotional / sexual abuse, death / loss / abandonment / rejection / bullying, etc).

 

Such traumas often show up to receive attention and care during BreakThrough Sessions and knowing of their existence beforehand allows me to create more safety for you during the coaching process.
